Some general helpful advice for targeted individuals

This will be a post about what individuals can do if they are a targeted individual or if they are experiencing electronic harassment.

The first thing I would like to say is remain calm. Do not live in one moment more than the moment in front of you. Remember you can always deal with the moment in front of you. Be aware of the future but keep your mind in the present moment.

Apart from this core tip here is some more good advice for TI's or people going through electronic harassment.

1) Stay connected - rule number one. Find other TI's in the local area, even if it is just one this is a huge help.
2) Form a local support group. People that you can share your experiences with to verify that you really are not crazy and not going crazy.
3) Join a forum. Again stay connected and educate yourself. Work through any queries about what may be happening to you and what you can do about it.
4) Stay healthy. Raw food. Alkaline diet and lots of physical exercise are a good ground work for staying healthy and strong mentally to stay strong. Avoid junk, acidic, or processed foods. Take Himilayan salt baths or Epsom salt baths. Drink alkaline water. The PH miracle is a good book on the alkaline diet.
5) Look up ways to shield. 6) Get involved in activism. Here is another great link. http://www.countertruth.com/activism.html Spread awareness via a blog, social media (facebook and twitter) and you tube channel and make a website also if can. Also get involved in grass roots activism where you contact local MP's and look to change procedure/ laws/ awareness in the local area. Tell local newspapers and news stations and ask to get a column/ piece or on the news station.

8) Keep active/ stay busy. You must stay focused. Everyone knows what is right for them. I personally feel for me it is best to keep working at least as much as an individual is able as it helps them to keep balanced and get out and gives them a focus. But spend as much time as you can doing activism. Tell everyone but do it calmly and matter of factly.
9) Meditate. No new age ones. Simple natural ones on the breath or body best. Keep the meditation within you. No guided ones.
10) Ignore all of the voices and practice self discipline and self control. Do not let the voices hold sway on you or keep you in fear. That is what they want. stay neutral. Read books on mindfulness like the power of now (but stay active if you do!) and learn to observe the mind like passing clouds. That is your biggest defence against the voices/ attacks. Same with your feelings too. Observe them and move through.

12) Write your goal and put it on the wall to see. If you goal is freedom for yourself and others  write it down. Then...
13) Write a list of positive beliefs that will help you to stay strong, spread the truth and free yourself. E.G. I am strong. I stay connected. I help as many people as possible. I know the truth and I share the truth, I stay clear mentally, emotionally and physically etc.
14) Tell everyone, but speak slowly and calmly when you speak to others otherwise the other persons response may be fearful to what is already a hard issue for people to want to hear. We must keep speaking out to everyone.
15) KEEP SPEAKING OUT NO MATTER WHAT. DO NOT LET THEM BULLY YOU. I am not saying there is a hard and fast rule but sometime the targeting can get less when you speak out but you have to doo it consistently. It is often worse if you are in half way house although every little bit is vital. Say you will post 3 times as much every time they attack you. You call the shots.
16) LEARN TO INCREASE YOUR PAIN THRESHOLD TO TARGETING WHILST LOOKING AFTER YOURSELF. I personally noticed that I was 'no different' to before. Sometimes the attacks went up and sometimes down, but 'I' and my spirit underneath were unaffected. I kept affirming "I am just the same, nothing has changed" to stop me believing the lies that I was getting worse or going mad. This is the main lie they will tell you. Do not believe it. You create your reality and you will always have free will as a conduit and vessel of the universe/ god. You are just the same. This is just an external thing being put upon you. YOU remain.
17) Remember the system relies on you not speaking out and in particular taking grass roots action to make change. Keep remembering that these are human  and civil rights abuses of the highest degree!
